Merlin Alvarado-Morales is a Postdoc student at Technical University of Denmark. 
He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering in 2010 at DTU Kemiteknik. He joined the Bioenergy research group (DTU-Miljø) in 2011 as postdoc.
His main research areas are:
Synthesis and design of 2G, 3G biofuels and biorefinery processes
2G and 3G biofuels production at lab scale
Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of 2G and 3G biofuels

Synthesis and design of separation process
Modelling and applied thermodynamics
