Profile
My research program investigates the interplay between agency, self-efficacy, and project management, with a focus on how psychological and organisational mechanisms shape learning, performance, and well-being in complex projects and educational settings.
I design, implement, and evaluate self-efficacy–based interventions in project management education at DTU and through co-design with industry partners in pharma, with particular emphasis on Shutdown Management, Risk Management, and People Management. The goal is to establish evidence-based pedagogical and organisational practices that strengthen learners’ and practitioners’ capacity to manage uncertainty, coordinate work, and deliver under time pressure.
