Bacterial and yeast (Pichia pastoris) expression systems

Recombinant protein production and downstream processing

Protein characterization and stability analysis using biophsycial calorimetric (Isothermal titration calorimetry, differential scanning calorimetry) and spectroscopic (surface plasmon resonance, fluorescence)  techniques.
