My research and advisory tasks are concentrated on nutrition and dietary guidelines in combination with sustainability aspects. The settings are the general population but also child-care institutions, schools and after school institutions.

Research areas

Main research is concentrated on nutrition in child care institutions, schools and after school institutions. The aim of the research is to improve the nutritional quality of the food and meals offered by the institutions.

Advisory tasks concentrate on food service and nutrition in schools and institutions, and dietary habits of children and adults in general.
