Research interests

My research interests lie in understanding the role of organizations in institutionalization processes, how organizations change and innovate as they engage with social issues. I study how organizations and actors innovate and experiment with new ways of managing social issues. My research interests also include a focus on the impact of material artifacts and visual representations on the institutionalization of innovations.
