My work involves research and scientific based advisory on food contaminants including environmental and processing contaminants. My research utilizes advances in separation science (liquid and gas chromatography) coupled with modern mass spectrometry techniques (MS / MS, TOF, Orbitrap) to assess the level of food contaminants
