Personal profile

Profile

I was born in Itzehoe, Germany, in 1993. I received my B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in industrial engineering and management with a focus on electrical engineering from the Technical University of Berlin in 2016 and 2019, respectively. As part of a double degree master program with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, I received a M.Sc. degree in sustainable energy systems and markets also in 2019.

Since October 2019, I am with the Technical University of Denmark where I am currently working towards a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering. My current research interests revolve around the modelling and aggregation of distributed energy resources in integrated energy systems.

I am pursuing my Ph.D. degree in the context of the H2020 INSULAE project which aims at providing innovative technologies for increasing renewable supply and energy independency on three European demo-islands (including the island of Bornholm, Denmark).
