Appointed as Associate Professor in Modeling of Urban Water Systems at the Department of Environmental Engineering, DTU. Working to integrate sustainability measures in the modeling of urban water systems and improving modeling of precipitation in order to mitigate urban floods. Originally educated as an engineer specializing in urban water systems in general and rain and urban drainage more specifically from the same institution. Has written a PhD thesis on modeling of rainfall in time and space scales relevant for urban use under the influence of climate change.
