I recently obtained my PhD in 'Intestinal Host-Microbial Metabolism assessed by Metabolomics' at the Technical University of Denmark and is now continuing as a postdoc to finalize the work. This includes integrating metabolomics, gut metagenomics, and physiology data from two clinical dietary interventions in order to generate high-quality research.
