I am Head of Studies for the Bachelor of Engineering Program in Global Business Engineering at Technical University of Denmark and presently holding a position as Associate Professor of Technical University of Denmark.
My interests relate to a broad range of research activities within didactics, innovation & entrepreneurship, project management, educational development & management, food technology & science
My focus is both the teaching and learning field as well as innovation, entrepreneurship, sustaiability and interdisciplinary.
I am an experienced teacher and supervisor and I have co-supervised PhD projects and supervised many exam projects (MSc and BSc) and internships. Most of them in collaboration with companies. Several years of experience as course responsible, lecturer and organizer of both bachelor and master courses at DTU within the fields of innovation, project management and food technology.
My background is food science and technology as I have a master degree in Food Science from Copenhagen University and a PhD in Food technology from the Technical University of Denmark
