Personal profile

Profile

I am interested in developing sustainable solutions to ensure the safety of plant-based raw materials and foods across the value chain. My work focuses on advanced analytical strategies to detect and understand chemical contaminants, including pesticide residues and emerging hazards. I apply mass spectrometric techniques to generate high-quality data and assess contaminant levels across foods. In addition, I investigate human exposure through the analysis of pesticide residues in biological samples, linking food contamination with real-world exposure to support risk assessment
