We focus on the role of novel and established technologies in enabling green transitions and societal progress by and in organisation. We address the practices, tools and didactics of project management and leadership; effects and implications of self-management and agile processes; as well as the organized efforts to increase social diversity in technological entrepreneurship.

We study organisations and organising for and of societal transformation, whether that be towards sustainable, diversity and inclusion, technological entrepreneurship, or public governance. We focus on the role of novel and established technologies in enabling green transitions and societal progress by and in organisation. We address the practices, tools and didactics of project management and leadership; effects and implications of self-management and agile processes; as well as the organized efforts to increase social diversity in technological entrepreneurship.
