OCT images for the paper "Assessing changes in ultraviolet radiation-exposed mouse skin using optical coherence tomography"

This repository contains the raw structural OCT images associated with the manuscript "Assessing changes in ultraviolet radiation-exposed mouse skin using optical coherence tomography." The data is organized into folders by the measurement timepoints. Within each of these folders is a subfolder for each treatment group. Each mouse was imaged at 3 locations: on the back, the side, and the stomach.
