Description

This multi-day training gave participants a thorough introduction to whole genome sequencing (WGS), bioinformatics concepts and tools, assembly, data use for AMR surveillance, and quality control. By the end of the training, participants had hands-on practice in bacterial typing, phylogenetic analysis, and using WGS data and analysis to respond to a simulated outbreak scenario.
