Description

This multi-day training gave participants a thorough introduction to whole genome sequencing (WGS), necessary laboratory skills, bioinformatics concepts and tools, and quality control and analysis. By the end of the training, participants had hands-on practice in bacterial typing, phylogenetic analysis, and using WGS data and analysis to respond to a simulated outbreak scenario.
