Description

This course develops participants' competencies as supervisors and teaching assistants by introducing fundamental theories of learning and university teaching alongside practical supervision skills. Participants learn to support students' independent academic engagement, collaborate effectively with supervisors, administrators, and colleagues, and critically reflect on the key challenges and dilemmas of supervision and higher education teaching
