Description
Since the introduction of ChatGPT, AI applications have been widely discussed. They have already become an integral part of the working world and are increasingly being used in application processes. The panel discussion will focus on both the social and practical implications of this development.
The following questions should be answered: What AI applications are there in application processes and how should an applicant prepare for them? How is the world of work changing through AI? What soft skills/IT skills do applicants need to have in the future? What social consequences arise from the use of these systems?
