Description

The course Organisational Psychology and Leadership is part of the Diploma in Leadership programme for managers offered by Lederne, a Danish trade union. The course provides a foundational introduction to organisational psychology, its theories, scientific foundation and core tenets, and their practical applications. It covers individual and team dynamics, motivation, well-being, productivity, stress, conflict, communication, and collaboration. Participants learn to analyse and address organisational challenges in their own workplaces.
