Description

It was performed a presentation regarding the analysis with microsensor measurement of photosynthesis and respiration in a biofilm. Biofilms with Salmonella (S. Typhimrium DT104 and S. Derby) isolated from pigs and Pseudomonas Pseudoalcaligenes isolated from metal working fluids were developed and experiments were done in order to better understand the biofilm systems.
