The course is divided into three parts:
• 5 December 2024: Online session for the introduction to Oxford Nanopore sequencing.
• 11-12 December 2024: Laboratory training for Oxford Nanopore sequencing at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Kgs Lyngby, Denmark.
• 18 December 2024: Online session for bioinformatics analysis of Oxford Nanopore data.
