    Preconference workshop - Salutogenic change in organizations: intervention and evaluation approach
    The aim of the preconference workshop was to:
    Exchange our perspectives & previous experience concepts of a healthy organization to be targeted by interventions concepts of interventions into such conceptualized organizations how to research the process and outcome of such interventions.

    Identify possible common ground for future development.

    Identify possibilities for future exchange potential for a joint book project interest in a joint grant proposal other possibilities.

    There were 15 particpants from all over the world
