In this webinar, the fourth and final of the SeqAfrica Webinar Series 2024, the panel of experts shared insights on communicating information from WGS sequencing data with policy makers, and transforming sequencing data into valuable information used for public health action. Panelists included Dr. Heather Carleton, Dr. Saheer Gharbia, Dr. Celine Nadon, and Dr. Marie Chattaway. They highlighted the importance of producing high-quality data for communication across healthcare settings and tailoring communication about scientific findings to one's intended audience. They also shared strategies for communicating the health and economic benefits of investing in WGS and AMR surveillance from a prevention standpoint.
