CensorNet (External organisation)

Description

As part of the quality assurance of study programmes, the External Examiner Boards are responsible for advising the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science on the appointment of external examiners. They also advise educational institutions and the Ministry of Higher Education and Science on the quality and relevance of study programmes in relation to the labour market and further education opportunities, based on the external examiners’ reports.
Each External Examiner Board submits an annual report to the educational institutions based on these reports. In addition, the boards respond to consultations on significant changes to programme regulations and curricula, and they hold examiner meetings at least every two years, among other duties.
