Presentation at CDC PulseNet Asia Meeting, on the Fleming Fund SeqAfrica and EqAsia projects. Dr. Nilsson presented on the SeqAfrica project's capacity-strengthing activities done in collaboration with partners across Africa. She also provided an overview of the WGS, data analysis services, and training courses that SeqAfrica offers in order to increase use of WGS for AMR surveillance and outbreak investigation and diagnostics of FAO/WHO GLASS pathogens.
