Description
The courses were coordinated together with Gitte Alsing Pedersen, DTU-FOOD and Bente Fabech and Mette Holm, Danish Veterinary and Food Administration.
Food Contact Materials: Courses for administrators and food inspectors from the food authorities in the EU. The aim was to improve participants understanding of legislation, how to perform control, material knowledge, test methods etc.
