Description
Gas storage in the hydrate is a hot topic among the research community. Many gases, especially CH4 and CO2 form hydrate that can be stored and high pressure and low temperature. Recent studies show that H2 has potential to be stored in hydrates and therefore main focus on this master thesis project is to use in-house expertise to study the H2 storage potential in gas hydrates using various experimental techniques. The project aims to work as bridging technology that demonstrates sustainable storage potential for H2 gas that is safer and economical than existing technologies. The project will look at To study the effect of different chemicals and gas composition to identify optimum H2 storage potential through experimental technique.
