joint training course in collaboration with eight European Union Reference laboratories, to strengthen bioinformatics among national reference laboratories in the networks. Covered basic bioinformatics for whole genome sequencing and analysis. Contribution consisted of two talks - one on whole genome sequence assembly and QC and one on AMR gene identification and analysis.
