Publication: Research - peer-review › Article in proceedings – Annual report year: 2010
Clay material from Kangerlussuaq in West Greenland was characterised and its possible use for the
production of bricks, expanded clay products and inert filler material was investigated. It was
generally found that it was possible to use the clay in all of the above mentioned materials,
although, further investigations will be needed before a final conclusion can be made. This paper is
based on results and conclusions of student projects that were carried out at the Arctic Technology
Centre, DTU.
