Polarisation-independent sub-picosecond flat-top pulse generation for ultra-fast 640 Gbit/s gating
Publication: Research - peer-review › Article in proceedings – Annual report year: 2009
An 840 fs wide flat-top pulse is generated in a polarisation-independent optical differentiation scheme and used for 640 Gbit/s demultiplexing. The timing jitter tolerance is improved by a factor of three to 310 fs.
