Image Coding using Markov Models with Hidden States
Publication: Research › Article in proceedings – Annual report year: 1999

lossless coding of bi-level images. The original CPH-MM is relaxed
for the purpose of coding by not imposing stationarity, but
otherwise the model description is the same.
