The book is a treatise on inorganic analytical reactions in aqueous solution. It covers about half of the elements in the periodic table, i.e. the most important ones : H, Li, B, C, N, O, Na, Mg,Al, P, S, Cl, K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Br, Sr, Mo, Ag, Cd, Sn, Sb, I, Ba,W, Hg, Tl, Pb, Bi. The subjects of compound identification and bringing insoluble compounds insolution by alcaline melt digestion are also treated. A high number of small experiments aredescribed.
