Following the test mapping of 1997 a complete mapping of Bornholm was performed in 1999 with Airborne Gamma-ray Spectrometry equipment belonging to the Danish Emergency Management Agency. Maps showing the concentrations of U, Th, and K were produced based on the NASVD technique and the "shortcut method" developed at DTU.
