The project has three research themes: 1. Future scenarios for competence development and research needs 2. Tool for integrated competence developmentnin product innovation in the food industry 3. The concept of 'care' in product and process development in organic food production. IPL has participated in theme 1 and 3 and has been manager theme 3.
