The purpose of the student workshop is to train students in using mathematical modelling in development of technical systems and in economics. Project work was performed in groups of 5-6 students on industrial mathematics problems posed by supervisors from ECMI centers. Each group onsists of an international mix of European and non-European students. The projects were concluded by oral presentations and written reports.
