The aim is to (1) describe the emerging worktasks associated with developing, implementing, and operating new multimedia and electronic communications applications; (2) describe the skill requirements for these new tasks. The project is funded by FTF (Salaried Employee's and Civil Servant's Confederation) and is carried out jointly with FTF and University of Roskilde.
