Toke Koldborg Jensen has a position as postdoc on a project which revolves around operations research and mathematical modeling withing the food industries, and in this connection he is collaborating with the Danish Institute for Fisheries Research. He works primarily with analyses and modelings based on holistic supply chain views of the Danish fishing industry where product flows and collaboration between independent actors are essential parameters.

Toke Koldborg Jensen has an MSc in Engineering from DTU, 2003, from the department of Informatics and Mathematical Modelling (IMM), and he has a PhD, also from IMM, 2006. Furthermore, he has studied at Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, Spain, and performed research at Emory University, Atlanta (GA), USA during the spring 2005. His main study interests have been various brands of mathematical modeling from statistical image analysis to numerical calculations and scientific computing, and through his PhD study he has contributed to a deeper understanding of the properties of iterative regularization of large-scale discrete inverse problems; e.g. withing mathematical image deblurring. Before his position as postdoc, Toke Koldborg Jensen has been working for TNMConsult Aps as a software developer.
