In a collaboration with Thomas Bjarnsholt and Michael Givskov, ISIM, Panum, KU, I measure and model properties of coherence in bacterial attacks on human cells.
I collaborate with Rolf W. Berg, Dept. of Chemistry, DTU, on detecting biological molecules at low concentration using Raman spectroscopy.
Helge Sørensen and I run a research collaboration with Dianalund Epilepsy Hospital and Copenhagen University Hospital on surveillance of epileptic seizures using accelerometers, EMG, and EEG.
