Project Title: "Multivariate analysis techniques for optimal vision system design"

The project is part of CIFQ project. The aim of the main project is to relate the information from spectral imaging systems to food products quality. The advantage of these systems is that they do not make any contamination, while giving valuable optical surface and sub-surface properties of food.
In my project, I would analyze the high dimensional spectral data (from food) to find statistical solutions for extracting the desired food features.
