I hold a master of Food Science (Cand.techn.al) from Unicersity of Copenhagen. During my studies the main focus has been on food microbiology and food safety. This specialisation enables med to account for food safety throughout the production chain and to solve food safety issues in the production.

I started my PhD studies in August 2011, where I will be working with predictive microbiology in relation to assessment and assurance of food safety and shelf life estimations. Different dairy products will be investigated and useful models will be developed.
