Seeing and developing peoples potentials has always been one of my core interests and in 2006 I was trained as a coach. Now my primary activities are connected to facilitating teamwork (including Belbin), coaching and supervising at the Masters education in Environmental and Health Management and the Design & Innovation Education Programme, DTU. I also work on developing a coaching concept at the Arctic Engineering Education at DTU in Greenland. The PhD process has always fascinated me and I coach PhD students and work on developing a concept for PhD coaching. My background is that I was trained in Engineering with focus on environmental issues and hold a PhD in the area of Transport, Environment and Everyday Life. In my research I worked theoretically with routines and changes in everyday life – always from an environmental perspective.
