My PhD project is concerned with modelling of industrial baking processes. Focusing on the heat and mass transfer processes and the effect of the oven settings on the product quality the goal is to enable robust modelling of the complex processes taking place during baking.

Furthermore I have worked with hygienic design in the food industry, primarily focusing on the effect of flow properties on the cleaning efficiency when cleaning in place.
