I am actively working in the following areas :

a) Solid state dosimetry with focus on reterospective determination of dose

b) Physics of optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) and thermoluminescence (TL) processes in natural and artificial materials

c) Interactions of highly ionising radiations with luminescent materials

d) Methodological and instrumetal developments for in-situ OSL dating of Martian sediments

e) Applicatins of luminescence dosimetry in archaeology and climate change
