Melissa Larsen is currently employed as a PhD student at the section for cognitive systems. Her PhD project is a collaboration between DTU CogSys, The Danish Research Center for Magnetic Resonance at Hvidovre Hospital and psychiatric center Sanct Hans in Roskilde.
In the project Melissa is trying to delineate the neural basis of brain connectivity and the dysfunction of sensory prediction in groups at risk of schizophrenia. The focus in the project is to employ advanced statistical and computational analyses to allow for inference on the neural dynamics underpinning the most predictive endophenotypes.
