Research interests: Analytical methods for determination of marine biotoxins in seafood products. Distribution of marine biotoxins in seafood products in relation to representative sampling. Ecology of toxic algae and factors that are important for production of marine biotoxins and accumulation in seafood products. Analytical methods for determination of mycotoxins in animal and vegetable food products. Aspects concerning distribution of mycotoxins in vegetable food products in relation to representative sampling. Agricultural practices for the prevention of mycotoxins contamination in vegetable food products. Methods for estimation of intake of food contaminants by the population.

International experience
