Karine Audouze has a special interest to integrate chemical and biological data to improve the understanding of biological system and the impact of small chemicals on human health e.g. drugs-adverse effects or environmental factors-toxic effects.

 



After a Ph.D. in Chemistry oriented in Chemometrics, Karine Audouze has worked in various pharmaceutical industries becoming expert in ChemoInformatics and Molecular Modeling, e.g. structure-based and ligand-based design. Karine Audouze has recently joined the Integrative System Biology department at CBS within the aim to improve her skills in BioInformatics e.g. gene expression, protein-protein interactions data.
