Ismir Mulalic’s research focuses on applied microeconomics and applied microeconometrics. He specializes in urban, transportation, and environmental economics. Recent research topics include consumer choice behaviour for durables, the determinants of the trucking firm fuel use, measurement of the redistributive effects of taxes on different transport commodity categories, and the causal effect of commuting distance on workers' wages.
