Hao Yuan


Hao Yuan is a Ph.D. candidate in petroleum engineering at Technical University of Denmark. His research interests include formation damage due to produced water re-injection and fines migration during low-salinity waterflooding.  He holds a B.Eng. in chemical engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology and a M.Sc. in petroleum engineering from Technical University of Denmark. He is the author of multiple scientific articles on deep bed filtration and formation damage. He is one of the developers of the injectivity decline prediction software SNY 1.0. Hao received 2007-2009 State Scholarship from Denmark. He is a member of SPE.
