I have a PhD in food microbiology and molecular microbiology and I’m present holding a Post Doc fellow at the National Food Institute in the Bacterial Ecophysiology and Biotechnology group.

I work with the food-borne bacterium, Listeria monocytogenes, which cause severe infections in immunocompromised humans, elderly and neonates. The project is aimed to study the effects of low concentrations of antibiotics on physiology and gene expression.
