Cleide Oliveira de Almeida Møller


Currently I am a post-doc at the Department of Food Microbiology (DTU-Food). In the past five years I have been working with modelling of Salmonella in pork meat and some food safety concerns as HACCP teaching. I come from Brazil where I obtained a master degree in Food Technology and I have worked with consultancy regarding safety issues in the food industry since 2001.
