Brian Kallehauge’s work is primarily on analytical IT tools for supporting business planning processes at the strategic, tactical, and operational level. He has extensive experience with logistics and optimization consulting to the industry and his research can contribute to better decision making in firms that manufacture or distribute products, through the use of business data and optimization models.
Brian Kallehauge is an Associate Professor of Operations Research at DTU Management Engineering. In 2000 he received his master’s degree in engineering at the Technical University of Denmark and later a PhD in Operations Research at the Technical University of Denmark in 2006.
Brian Kallehauge was an Associate Professor of Transport Optimization at the Centre for Traffic and Transport, DTU, before he started in his current position at DTU Management Engineering. He has published several international scientific articles and developed several state-of-the art optimization algorithms. At DTU Management Engineering, Brian Kallehauge conducts research within revenue management, routing and scheduling as well as in other areas.
